East Coast Swing || Day 6-9 “Washington D.C.”
I skipped out on day 8 because I was simply too damned tired. Washington D.C. is Washington D.C. It serves it’s purpose in getting me patriotic and in touch with our roots. It happens every time I visit, and I expect it to hit me like it did every time. Home again tomorrow.

I’ve been in D.C. the past few days so I haven’t been able to update. It’s been a highlight of my trip for sure, just because everything is so grand and formal and patriotic in our Capitol. It’s definitely an experience I like to have every few years. Despite all the issues we face in our nation today, I still feel an undying love for Her when I witness the heritage that started it all.
